Warning Signals from Our Body - Your Palm

10. Aching leg and knee discomfort
Lines on lower part of the palm on the pinkie finger side indicate frequent discomfort and pain in leg and knee.
11. Fatigue
The lines at the base of index fingers and the beginning of the life line indicate weak immunity system, fatigue with no energy. Lines in the shape of “#” indicate chronic fatigue.
In addition, if the area under the index finger and the starting point of the life line is flat and also has lines, the kind of people typically cannot bear excess work and play since they do not have the energy to do so and they have to reserve energy. Therefore, even these kinds of people are always sick, they still can get long life; the quality of the life may not be what they want through. On the other hand, people with a fuller area mentioned above typically are full of energy and do not feel tired all day; they eat and sleep well. Generally, they only discover their healthy issues during physical exams since they would never notice any symptoms at all. The fact is that their internal alarm systems are retarded and don’t warn them in time. When I look at their hand and tell them their problems, their typical response is “no, I don’t have that problem.” People in this group should keep up with their physical checkup in order to prevent any accident from happening.

12. Weak kidney
If the area between the base of the pinkie and the love line is flat with fine lines, then the person may have a weak kidney and Qi deficiency in kidney.
13. Endocrine disorders
The chaotic multiple lines near the base of the thumb may mean endocrine disorder, people with this kind of the pattern typically suffer diabetes, menopause.
14. Observing the lung capacity through the lines on the palm
Generally speaking, the distance between love line and wisdom line is 0.4 inches (1 cm) or more means a large lung capacity. The distance between the two lines smaller than 1 cm denotes small lung capacity, poor physical constitution and fitness, vulnerable to cold, cough, and asthma.
